Hi, my name is Kaylee. Me and my partner Duncan are looking for a room/ basement to rent by December 30th. We are a young couple but we have been together for over 2 years, and have lived together for almost 2 years. We are quiet people just looking for a clean space to relax and feel at home. My partner does not smoke but on occasion I will have a cigarette, and will do so outside the house. We don’t need parking, but would like all inclusive and access to do our laundry. We can pay up to 750 a month as of right now. We also have two female cats Mino & Ollie. They are both fixed, litter trained, and indoor cats. They are both calm, quiet cats, and they most likely won’t bother you unless they want to cuddle. We clean up their litter box multiple times a day so you won’t have to worry about any bad smells.
