Hi I’m looking for a semi-furnished pet-friendly one-bedroom apartment in North Bay. Must allow pets. Semi-furnished is perfect option for me I’m willing to pay cable and internet but I would like to have the landlord pay heat hydro and water and must have free in unit laundry please. I’m on ODSP but I don’t manage my ODSP money I have a public guardian and trustee caseworker who manages my ODSP to pay the landlord directly through direct deposit or cheque every month unfortunately she cannot e-transfer because it’s against the agency policy. Before she can send a landlord money she must receive a signed lease agreement so no asking me for credit checks security deposits or application fees please. I can only do a background check I’m currently homeless and I need a place to live.
