Hello, my name is Michael. I am a 32 year old professional cleaner and cook, awaiting return to university, who is looking for a room to rent. My budget is $450 to $750, preferably with utilities and wifi included. I am clean, hygienic, quiet, and friendly. I am look for long term rental.
I don't smoke tobacco or cannabis and rarely ever drink, I don't do drugs, and I don't have pets, but I am okay if there are pets already there.
I would prefer a room in wards closer to the university, but can work with ones slightly further. I am aiming for a November or December move-in. If you have a room for rent and would like to schedule a viewing or have questions, you can contact me via this site or by text at 639-994-1458. Thank you.
