Myself and 25 year old son are looking to rent a 1 bedroom, maybe 2 bedroom unit for March. Preferably all inclusive rental, but will definitely look at all options.
I presently work in BC, and will be traveling back and forth every so often for work. My son has 2 young children and will be taken care of them so there mother can attend & finish school.
I am hoping that there is a landlord out there that has a place no more then $1300. WE ARE NOT LOUD PEOPLE, I can provide references from previous landlords. Also no partying,no animals. We just need a safe place to call home.
