I am 52 years old, non partier, quiet, respectable, a very reliable tenant....no pets, no kids...looking for a 1 Bedroom Main floor or basement apartment, please ensure it will fit a 6 foot 4 inch man....LOL! Don't laugh, you wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a rental for me....I can do stairs with a lot of thought put into it, LOL! But, I can accommodate....looking for around $1300/mth, all inclusive utilities if possible, if I have to pay Hydro...so be it.....I have a large older car, very well maintained, which needs an off street parking space...If internet/cable TV is available, would appreciate that as well....41300/mth is not set in stone, just preferred, so, if you have something available for July 1st or August 1st, please let me know...would appreciate the help....have a super duper day...Rod
