Looking for a roommate (1 Girl Only), to share room with. For McMaster student only, best if in first year life sciences program. Can make a great study partner. Looking for winter semester. Apartment available Jan 1st semester. Clean tidy and hygienic individual. No pets. Cannot bring anyone else to the apartment besides your family for visits, for privacy and safety purposes of other 2 girls.

Will only have to pay the wifi bill as other 2 girls are already looking after electricity bill, the big portion of remaining rent, as well as tenant insurance.
