I am a young female professional looking for a roommate to share my apartment with. It is a spacious 950 sq ft apartment on the 17th floor, 2 bedrooms with 2 separate full bathrooms and a big living room. Move-in date would be September 1st, it might possible to do Aug.15th depending on when the current occupant leaves.

The apartment is kept very clean and tidy, does smell fresh all the time and is a little sanctuary of peace from the busy world. Did I mention the awesome view it comes with??

The building is a conveniently located right next to the O-train. It is just minutes from the downtown core, major shopping centers, museums, art galleries, entertainment and restaurants. The OC Transpo Transitway offers a quick way to travel to work or University. We are within walking distance to the University of Ottawa, DND headquarters, and the Rideau Center. We are also just minutes from the scenic Rideau Canal and the vibrant communities of Old Ottawa South, and the Glebe. 

Each unit includes a stove, refrigerator, a full-size dishwasher, and tile floors in the kitchen and washrooms. Rent includes central air conditioning, which makes such a difference during hot summer days! Additional costs include hydro, which is billed monthly, wifi and parking, indoor (140$) or outdoor (100$/to be confirmed), if needed. 

I have included photos of the beautiful glass-enclosed rooftop pool and whirlpool, which has a great view of Ottawa. There is fitness centre (although not enough machines if you really want to do a full workout) and a sunny and bright laundry room located on the Penthouse level. It is a secure-access building, and there is an on-call superintendent for any after-hours emergencies.
