I hope you’re having a great day! My name is Sarah-Jane, and I’m 26 years old. I’m currently a stay-at-home mom to our almost 10-month-old daughter, and I’m beginning to look for consistent part-time work. At the moment, I work casually at Jack & Maddy’s downtown, helping with cleaning and stocking.

My partner, Andrew (24), has been employed full-time as a forklift driver with Polyethic Industries since April 2025. He can provide a letter of employment and recent pay stubs upon request.

We’ve been living with Andrew’s mother since February of last year after our previous rental in Quebec was unfortunately lost to an electrical fire in the roof. We can provide references from both our previous landlord and our current residence.

We also have two mature dogs, Letty (12) and Nova (6). They’ve been with us since they were puppies, are well-trained, and very well-mannered.

Neither of us has ever had an eviction notice, and we are non-smokers. Our combined monthly income is approximately $3,300. We currently do not own a vehicle.
