I’m looking for an apartment for myself and 2 chihuahuas. My budget is $1300 and I would like that to include at least heat & water


A bit about my situation:
• I just started working. Can provide letter of employment.
• My credit is not strong right now, due to my partner (who supported me financially) passing away very unexpectedly. I have minor credit card debt that I’m working on repaying.
I am able to provide references .
• I have two chihuahuas, both spayed.

I’ve signed up for tenant insurance. I just need an address.

The rent and the damage deposit would be paid directly to you, so rent payments are guaranteed and always on time. I can provide documentation and contact information for the agency immediately.

I’m very quiet and responsible and would make an excellent tenant.
