We're able to pay $400 each per month for the rent and we can pay for internet and cable tv but we would like to have the landlord pay for our heat hydro water and air conditioning and we would like laundry in the unit as well as storage space please and we would like to have a private yard and a walkout of the basement entrance please and thank you. The kitchen must have a stove, fridge with an attached freezer, dishwasher, double sink, microwave, 4 slot toaster, Keurig coffee machine, and tea kettle, and we can supply an air fryer, kitchenware, utensils, etc. Also we would like the living room to have a 55 inch smart tv that's wall mounted, a glass coffee table, a carpet, a lamp, end tables, light grey sofas that can turn into a sofa bed, a light grey love seat, table lamps for the end tables, a bookshelf with books an amazon Alexa smart speaker, a fireplace. We would also like the dining room to have a light grey table cloth, light grey placemats, a glass dining room table, preferably silver, as well as a blue high chair for my son because I'm pregnant due December 8th and four dining room chairs that are light grey.
