About me: I am a single Gujarati person looking to share this 2 bedroom 2 washroom condo with a single person. I am looking for a friendly person who believes in respecting each other’s privacy and wish to live like a family. I am a pure vegetarian and looking for same. I am a working professionals and looking to share the place with A student or working professional. I believe in commitment for long term but there is no such contract unless two months notice is given prior to vacancy and help find a decent replacement will be appreciated.

Will provide a Key to the house and a fob to access the building. With a private room (Not a den but a proper room) and a private washroom rent is $1350 all utilities including. Internet (1.5gig Bell) and insurance will be shared which is approx $32 bucks a month.

you will need to give first and last month rent and a key deposit of $250 (refunded if not lost or damaged)

About Transportation:
It’s right next (2 mins walk exactly) to Scarborough Town Center, Scarborough Bus Terminal, freshco, IKEA, Tim’s, metro, Canadian super store, LCBO and MUCH MOREEE. 5 mins in TTC to Markham and Ellesmere. Feel free to look it up online.
One of the building exit opens to the intersection where there is a bus stop to access busses in all directions.

*Most importantly CLEANLINESS is MUST which can be planned upon availability and agreement. No Parking available*
