Are you on the hunt for a cozy place to call home? If so, I’d love to share my apartment (basement unit, located in Centretown West near the Bronson Centre) with someone who’s friendly, responsible, and easy-going. Bonus points if you’re a fan of cats, because you’d also be sharing the space with Rocco, my super-friendly and mildly spoiled roommate.

About the Apartment:
Location: Centretown West near the Bronson Centre
Available: January 1, 2025 (possibly early move-in available).
Rent: $900/month, all-inclusive (hydro, heat, water).
It’s a bright, cozy, basement apartment with everything you need to feel at home. You’ll have your own private room, as well as your own space just outside of the room you can use for a desk to expand your space a bit more, and we’ll share the other common spaces.

Rocco, my cat, is an adorable fluffball who loves people (and might occasionally nap in your lap if you let him).

A Bit About Me:
I’m pretty laid-back, and I enjoy keeping things clean and organized without being over the top about it. In my downtime, you can usually find me watching Netflix, trying new recipes, playing guitar, or just relaxing with a cup of tea.

Who I’m Looking For:
I’m hoping to find a roommate who’s respectful, responsible, and easy to get along with. Hopefully we can also be friends and get a beer once in a while!

• No smoking indoors, please.
• Sorry, no additional pets (Rocco would get jealous).
