we are two guys in our 20s.
1 year lease renews: start of November.

Room can come with furniture ( to be discussed ) all decorations in room will be removed.

Lots of storage space in the basement.

The basement is finished, there is a second living room and a guest bed.

We live in a family neighbourhood close to parks and an elementary school, we are also a short drive away from riocan/marketplace barrhaven.
