I am a 56 year-old man, looking for a room to rent for Nov 1. I do not smoke nor do I use drugs of any kind. I also have no pets, but I do love all animals.

I am semi-retired, but I do run my own business part-time. If the possibility is there, I can do any outside work (snow, lawn, tree-work), as well as any basic repairs indoors.

I am a quiet person and I have no furnishings as of right now, since I am currently in a furnished room. I do not have friends over when renting a room in a house…. I go to my friends’ places instead.

First and last is not at all an issue. I would consider raising my $600 limit if the place calls for it.
