I’m a clean, quiet, and responsible tenant looking for a furnished or unfurnished room to rent in east Edmonton or Sherwood Park for $800 or less. I work 7 months of the year in Edmonton and spend the other 5 months working out of town, so I’m often away and very low-impact. I’m looking for a longer-term setup with access to a kitchen and laundry. I don’t smoke, have no pets, and I’m respectful of shared spaces.
