I am looking for a room to rent because I can't afford a whole house. I am on Aish so I have a guaranteed income of 1850 a month so I can afford to pay anywhere from 600 to 1000 for a room or some kind of accommodation that has enough space to fit my bed a desk a dresser and night stand along with a few electronics. I will need wifi but can take care of that on my own if need be. It would also be beneficial if utilities were included in rent. If need be every month I can have my worker from aish take off the rent from my check and have it paid for directly before I even see my check that way the money comes from aish to you with no hassle which there wouldn't be anyways but if it makes the land lord feel more comfortable I have no problem doing it this way.
