Hello my name is Jesse and I’m a single responsible male, 39 years old. I’m quiet and keep to myself. I don’t drink, party or do drugs. I rarely have anyone over either. I don’t cook much, I mostly just microwave stuff. I’m looking for a bachelor or one bedroom apartment to rent (with heat, hydro and water included) one that is not shared with anyone and has its own private entrance. I would like the apartment to have air conditioning (medical reasons, overheating, side effects from meds) and a place preferably with no stairs because I have chronic lower back and hip pain. I’m currently unemployed and on ODSP but would have the rent sent directly to you via ODSP so you don’t have to come over and get it from me.
