My name’s Kara, I have my own cleaning business and I’m looking for a little apartment or condo to rent for 1-2 years until I’m ready to buy a place of my own! I’m looking for something affordable so I can save. I don’t party or smoke and I’m single, clean and very quiet. I’m looking for a quiet place with laundry right in the suite. A little balcony or patio would be be nice as well but not necessary.

My landlord said he’s 90% sure he’s selling so I’m looking for a place relatively soon. I need a long term place where I feel secure and safe. I’m hoping to stay in the NE/NW area as most of my clients are located there.
