I am helping my sister Leah look for a place for her and her 5 kids who are moving here from peaceriver area. If you have or know of a place please let me know!

They would need atleast at minimum a 3 bedroom with unfinished or finished basement or den/extra room. Garage also needed.

She works in alternative therapy however she is also a jack of all trades and will be finding work as soon as possible when relocated. She can provide proof of income that gets her through in the meantime.

She has previous rental, work and personal references.

All kids are over the age of 10!

She does not have the best credit(absolutely nothing rental related on the report)but she has rental references and a co-signer if needed. She can also pass a criminal record check.

No smoking inside and no pets!

She would prefer a 6 month lease but would consider a longer term for the right place! She's looking for something available as soon as possible!
