Renting out a semi-furnished room (bed and some small furniture will be provided, dresser and desk is not present).
It's a 3 bdr apartment on the ground floor with myself and another female tenant. Our current roommate is moving out.

There's a basement with 3 tenants. We're all friendly, and get along failrly well. Looking for someone to match our spirit :-)

There're 2 cats living in the apartment, so unfortunately this is not a place for people who don't like pets or who have allergies.

There's a walking distance to Humber College and Woodbine mall, and bus stops.
Unfortunately limited to no parking space.

There's AC/Heater. Laundry Unit, Dishwasher. 1 bathroom to share.
