My roommate (and your future roommate) is very positive, polite, friendly and tidy, 26 yo, few months ago newcomer from Korea, full time employed.

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and positive roommate-girl with no bad habits, full time employed, under 35 yo, with no pets (not allowed in the building).

Mount Royal House, 140 10th Ave SW, downtown.

The bus stop is across the street, C-train station is 5 minutes walking distance. There is Safeway, Superstore close and a lot of cafes and restaurants.

New appliances in the apartment. Laundry room in the building, new washing and drying machines.

The room is available from August 15th.
430$ rent for the half of August.
Monthly rent - 860$, includes heat, water, electricity, internet, insurance, swimming pool, gym, sauna and building security.

Security deposit - 500$

There is administrative fee from the building company - 200$ for Lease Transfer (for lease change and adding a new person to the current lease with the current unit price).

Furniture is not included in the price.
All of the furniture in the apartment is my now but I am interested in selling it.
Furniture in the room can be sold for 250$.
For everything in living room and kitchen patio set -my price is 500$, but we can discuss.

We have time flexibility for viewings until Monday, (my roommate is having days off).
