I have two rooms available for rent in a comfortable home located close to Northgate Transit Center. Looking for a female roommate because the other roommate is female.

Room 1: $600
Room 2: $650

Rent includes all utilities (heat, water, electricity, and internet). Each room comes furnished with a bed and mattress. This is a shared living arrangement, and I’m looking for a responsible tenant who will contribute to keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy. The lease will be 3-months minimum and it will run month-month after that.

Please note: no smoking, drinking, or parties are allowed in the house, and unfortunately, no pets are permitted.
