We are looking for a room for our 21 yr old daughter to rent somewhere downtown. This will be her first time out on her own so need somewhere that she feels safe and comfortable. She works full time Monday to Friday and keeps to herself on weekends. She doesn't drink, smoke or party. She is kind and caring. Due to my medical issues she would like to be close to my husband and I downtown. Looking for a furnished room with the possibility of TV in the room as she loves watching movies on her time off. She has no allergies so pets ok. She would be willing to do some cleaning, pet sitting or odd jobs to help with any deposit that's needed so it's not so much money up front or even just paying it in a few payments. Looking to pay between $400 and $600 a month including utilities. She feels more comfortable living with other females and we just want someone who will give her a safe comfortable experience.

Due to her posting and getting a few creepers last time I figured we would weed out the creeps .lol
She can come in the evenings this week or on Saturday to meet and view the place.

**or maybe we can help each other...maybe you have a elderly person that has an extra room to rent and would feel more comfortable to have someone be there through the evenings or even help with night time routine or medications. Due to my health issues she has care giving experience for the last 3 years. She really has been a savior on my sick days and nights when my husband worked out of the country. She's very caring and has a heart of gold.
