My girlfriend and I are looking for a space with an early August or September move in for 2025. We are open to apartments, condos, duplex/triplex, townhouse, or basement (with natural lighting).

We're interested in a 1 to 2 bedroom space for a 1 or 2 year term. We do not smoke, and do not have any pets, but are open to pet friendly spaces!

We are both starting research Masters at Queen's University in September with the Department of Geological Sciences and Engineering. Additionally, we have a vehicle and are open to places within a 15 minute drive from Queen's.

We really value a peaceful living space, and enjoy quiet nights in to recharge. We’re happy to provide references and proof of income/funding if needed.
