I am 54 Yrs old, quiet, reliable, respectful, heart patient, so, looking for a quiet private apartment, with respectable Landlord. I require 1 off street parking space for my large car, very well maintained. I am looking for all inclusive rent, but, don't mind paying hydro if need be, do require a dishwasher, hands like to drop things, LOL And require either in unit, or laundry in building, winters are very hard on me...if you have something available in Thunder bay, prefer North end, would like to be somewhat close to the Hospital...if you have something for November, give me a shout please, but please note, if a basement apartment, please ensure I can fit down the staircase going to the basement, I am 6 foot 4 inches tall, those low beams are a killer on me. And please note, I wont pay first and last without viewing the apartment first, to ensure i fit properly in it. I am looking to pay around $1350/ mth. Thanks. Rod
