I am looking for a 1 bedroom with an Office if available....I am a writer, but not necessary, just a preference, I am 55 years old, heart patient, so need a quiet atmosphere, I am reliable, respectful, quiet, no bad habits, non smoker, non drinker, no pets, no kids, looking for a furnished apartment if possible, I have my own bed....hopefully inclusive with utilities, and cable/internet, would prefer with a dishwasher, bad carpal tunnel in hands, so, have a tendency to drop things, especially dishes while washing them.
