I am 6 foot 4 inches tall, so, if you have a basement apartment, please ensure I can clear low beams...if you have a Main level, please let me know when I can view.....will need to see before I will give any deposits, to ensure I can fit it properly......looking for all inclusive utes, but, don't mind if I have to pay Hydo...am looking for one with a dishwasher, or if I can hook one up properly, am needing a washer and dryer as well, hard for me to get out and about to do laundry out of home...and require a large parking space for my old, and very well cared for car...needs off street parking.....if you have something available in Thunder bay, please let me know ASAP!!!
