I am 53 Yrs old, very kind, reliable, respectful tenant...been searching for quite some time for an apartment that I can fit into. I am 6 foot 4 inches tall, so, if you have a basement apartment available, please ensure I can fit into it, before responding to this Ad. Been dealing with a lot of scammers, so please note, I will not give deposits before viewing the rental, I need to ensure the rental is legit, and I can fit into it before viewing, and paying deposit or last months rent. I am willing to pay up to $1400 month all inclusive with utilities and Internet/cable...lesser if I am to pay hydro....am looking for laundry available, and a large off street parking space for my large car, which is meticulously kept, I do not smoke, nor do drugs, or have pets or significant obligations, I am a writer/photographer, so require a peaceful place to do my work....if you have something available between April and May 1st, would appreciate it....please inquire to my Ad.
