2-Bed Summer Sublet - We are looking to sublet our 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Plateau this July. Our apartment is big and bright and comes fully furnished with full-sized appliances and in-unit laundry. We also have an enclosed back patio. The apartment also has air conditioning units in the front room and kitchen. We are looking for quiet and respectful subletters and welcome couples, families, friends, individuals, etc.

Location: rue St. Urbain. 3 minute walk from Parc Jeanne Mance, St. Laurent Boulevard, and Avenue Mont-Royal. The apartment is on a bus route and is within very close walking distance to other buses, metros, and Bixi stations.

Dates & Price: The monthly rent is $2200 (including wifi and utilities). The apartment will be available from June 25th to August 8th, so we can be flexible with moving dates. We are open to doing a 5-6 week sublet and can develop a pro-rated rent in this instance.
