1. References, employment letter and credit score is required (If student, Parents info will be required as co-signer).
2. First and last month rent deposit is required prior to move-in. (A key & Furniture deposit is required which will be returned at the end of the Lease term when Keys are returned without any damage to Furniture and Suite).
