Hello, I am looking to lease-transfer my 4 1/2 apartment in Lasalle starting February 1st. Lease ends June 30th, with potential to renew. Please keep in mind no furniture will be in the apartment. Apartment includes: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 big kitchen, 1 living room, two balconies (a large one in the back).
4 min walk from bus 110, 114 which takes you to Angrignon and 112 which takes you to Jolicoeur. 10 min walk to Place Lasalle with stores as IGA, Super C, Jean Coutu, Pharmaprix, Tim Hortons, McDonald, Econofitness. 10 min walk to the St Lawrence River.
Rent is $1055 Internet, Hydro not included.
Appliances included: in-unit stove, fridge.

Bonjour, je cherche à transférer par bail mon appartement 4 1/2 à Lasalle à partir du 1er février. Le bail se termine le 30 juin, avec possibilité de renouvellement.
