Excellent Credit Score
Great references from previous landlords.
Stable job that allows you to pay the rent.

Don't waste your time and mine if you know you won't be approved for the lease assginment.

Lease has 9 months remaining until July 31 2025. Price is all inclusive ( hydro, water, heating except internet of course).

Parking is available for en extra fee of $170 (Indoor basement parking) if needed.

Basement storage box and bike parking included in the rent price.

Part of the transfer agreement is to buy my bed and bed frame bought back in August ($520). Price is fixed.

I will ONLY consider you if you can buy it. This is not negotiable….

I have other brand new furniture that can be bought as well.


The apartment is available immediately. You can move as soon as you get approved by the property management (October 21)
