I am looking for someone to takeover my lease for a 2 bedroom 1 bath exterior facing apartment at the Horizon Residence. You would share the common area with one other resident, but have your own locking bedroom. The rent is $900/month all inclusive of utilities and Internet and expires in April 2026. I have already paid rent up until December, so i would be willing to forfeit those months of rent for the incoming resident as i am ready to leave ASAP.
