We are a family of 3
My name is Fatma I'm a 30 year old Canadian female employed as a Private Nanny/Housekeeper for over 2 years.
My brother is 28 years old and employed for 8 years.
We also have our Mother who is on Disability.
Our household income is $7,000

I will be honest me and my brother don't have good credit at the moment but we are both very responsible and busy working adults who are financially stable. We will be providing all documents required,employment letters, bank statements, proof of income and proof of identifications.
My brother will provide his pay stubs from work
and I want to mention my employer pays me by e-transfer so I will be providing e-transfer banking information.

It is important for us to maintain honesty and transparency throughout this process so that we don't waste our or anyone elses time.

We are hoping to find a great home and landlord that we can maintain a great understanding and relationship with.
