The Role:
This is a live-in position requiring residency in our dedicated 2nd-floor suite. You’ll handle basic building care, repairs/ maintenance, light cleaning, showing suites, and handle minor tenancy issues. Basic computer skills (email/messaging) are required for communication.
The Perks:
Monthly Rent: $1,250 Hydro.
Monthly Rebate: $300 – $600 paid back to you (based on agreed tasks).
Included: High-speed Wi-Fi and 1 off-street parking space.
The Requirements:
Non-smoking/vaping/toking building.
Not EIA-friendly.
