The building is pet friendly, I am allergic to cats and have a small dog.

I am renting out the larger bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. I am currently staying in this room but it will be ready for May 1.
I do not have many photos of the space in a more empty state but we can schedule a virtual tour and a roommate discussions meeting before scheduling an in person visit.

I am open to 2 people sharing this room.
