The nearest bus stop is just a few steps from our house with the nearest subway station approximately an 8 minute bus ride. The location is surrounded by (Food Basic), banks (BMO, TD Bank, CIBC), pharmacy drug store (Shoppers Drug Mart), restaurants (Too many to name), coffee shops (Starbucks) and all within walking distance.

What is included:

The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area and onsite laundry (washer and dryer). Your private bedroom comes complete with: Queen bed, linens, pillows, comforters and bath towels. Also, included is a 32 inch smart tv and enjoy unlimited high speed internet with one of the top internet providers. There is a large walk in closet for all of your clothing and items. We do provide commonly shared items available for all tenants to use: iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack and a hair dryer.

Our smart lock keyless entry allow for easy but safe access into the house. You will never have to worry about being locked out of your home. We also have a large and quietly fenced backyard for those nice relaxing evenings. Bi-weekly cleaning of all communal areas will be provided.
