The price is $1150 per month for upstairs room and $1250 for large basement room. Shared clean washrooms/showers both upstairs and down .Aa WIFi and everything else included as well as parking. I’m 70 years old and live quietly here as well with 2 other very quiet,clean, responsible adults. Looking for similar person.
