1 big room to sublet novembre and decembre at 850$ per month furnished and all utilities included.

In a historic building and smack downtown right next to the best nightlife and festivals mere steps away. The room is big for the location, with access to the main living area as well as patio. Comes with all major amenities.

The house is super clean and I am pretty keen on it so we do have a system to maintain the common space.

The house isn’t really a party house by any means, but don’t let that shy you away for having friends over to hang or a pre drink before going out.

Did I mention the prime location? Everything is walkable distance such as groceries, SAQ, Pharmacies, bars, clubs etc
Public trasnportwise the 55 and 129 buses are literally right 30 sec from our door, then the sherbrook and the saint laurent station are like a 6 to10 minute walk.

Walkable distance to Mcgill university but like its the main spot you also have access to every university trough public transport.
Ideal tenant would be a professional or a student, so long as you are keen to clean up after yourself and can communicate.
