First month and last month payment required. The apartment is located in the trendy Beechwood village just minutes away from downtown. Presently the available bedroom is furnished but has just a single bed. Tenant will probably require eventually to supply their own double or queen-sized bed with dresser. I have no pet but I am pet friendly. There’s no smoking inside but smokers can smoke outside on the balcony. I am a 62 years old gentleman professional working in the film production industry. Despite my age, I am definitely young at heart. I am easygoing with a live and let live attitude which means that any issues, from either side, can be resolve easily by responsible communication. I definitely respect people's privacy and personal space. It is important that my home be an oasis of happiness and ''joie de vivre'' and I expect the same from my roommate.
