I will have an empty room available (approximately 10' x 12.5') in my spacious (~1200 sq. ft.) two bedroom apartment. The apartment is laminate floored with ceramic tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. The main living area gets lots of light during the day and features a covered, BBQ-safe deck. The kitchen comes standard with a fridge, stove and dishwasher. The building is cat friendly as well as being safe and secure with a live-in superintendent.All major amenities are nearby. Bus stops are just beyond the building's grounds and the Lacewood Bus Terminal is within walking distance. Bayers Lake Business Park is less than a ten minutes' drive away.

The apartment is on the top floor of the building. There are coin-operated laundry facilities and an elevator in the building. Rent would be $600.50/month with heat, hot water, and shared used of one parking spot being included in the rent. Additional parking spots can be rented on a monthly basis if desired. Other utilities (electricity) are extra but typically never exceed $100/person/month. Interested parties would be responsible for their own WiFi. The room is available November 1, 2025. A month-to-month lease would be available, if desired, however, an individual that is searching for a place for more than a couple of months would be preferred.
