The neighbourhood of this home's location is called as Kerrisdale which is a very safe, upscale/posh neighbourhood of Vancouver.

Also provided is pantry space outside room for food items not requiring refrigeration. In the kitchen you can use all the pots, pans, cutlery etc already there.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: We are a South Asian (East Indian) couple in our mid sixties. I am a retired Chartered accountant and my wife is a financial adviser. My wife and I are from Agra, UP, India but we have lived in Vancouver for the last 30 years. The room is available because all our three adult sons have moved out, two of them to pursue their careers as medical doctors and the third for a career in business.
