The room is 11‘ x 15‘, a great size. It includes queen size comfortable foam mattress bed.

You would be living with one awesome guy in his mid 30s

He is fun, respectful and easy to get along with.

The kitchen is full of normal appliances and microwave. There is also free laundry included.

We keep the common rooms reasonably tidy and vacuum.
I highly prefer a non-smoker ( no cigarettes) and want no 420 smoking in the room.
The patio is your oasis.

There’s a hallway door that gives you extra privacy from the living room ( you are furthest from the living room) and other bedroom.

The bedroom includes mattress, ample shelf space, end table, lamp and 2 chairs.

The bamboo plant needs water every 5 days or so.
