We have several garden boxes next to our fire pit in the back yard, and have immensely appreciated being able to host gatherings in a living room that gets a lot of natural light.

Rent per person is $900 without utilities included. The bedroom is furnished.

Fable’s been living here for 3 years and Zaya for just over 1. We both love to garden, cook, and have friends over! Zaya works as a barista downtown; they also have a cat that co-exists in the house. Fable will be going back to U of C in the fall to get their education degree. All genders welcome - the house is LGBTQ friendly.
