Large fully furnished kitchen to use. It's a 4 bedroom house bath and a half. Kitchen and washrooms are shared due to other tenants in the house. 4 level home. House is kept up well cleaned daily. The other tenants are very good and quiet very respectful. The room is located upstairs top floor facing the backyard. Very quiet neighborhood not far away from anything. Bus route on the street 2 mins away.
$780 is the price for one person a 2nd person will have a $100 charge extra to cover extra increased utilities etc.
