Hi! I have a larger bachelor suite that will be available to rent in the fall, it is on the 3rd floor of a walk up. I currently pay $1061/month hydro ( hardly ever more than $20 ) October 1, is my tentative date for moving out as I have found someplace new which is currently under construction and that is my updated move in date for my new place. My current lease ends February 28, 2027, the “available date” for the apartment may show as this date instead of October 1 online. The management company can alter this date manually after applying online.
The building has recently renovated all suites. This unit was completed last August 2025 with everything new including:
-paint, tiles, restained hardwood floors
- light fixtures
- pull down blinds
- toilet & walk in shower
- bathroom mirror & sink with cabinets
- soft closing cabinets, granite counters
- stainless steel fridge, microwave & oven.
Kitchen and bathroom are seperate than the main room, as well as a decent size walk in closet.
There are storage lockers in the basement with laundry having 2 washers & dryers that use a digital card, you can reload it right in the laundry room, as well as an app option if you choose. New larger mailboxes were just installed as well.
Located in the heart of downtown on Broadway Avenue between Smith and Donald. Easy access to Transit in all directions, add funds to your transit card right in the Milennium Library just up the street. Downtown Family Foods grocery store is right out the back door with Monday coffee shop next door. You are surrounded by restaurants, places for a drink, and things to do. Walk to events at Canada Life Centre, Burton Cummings, Exchange District, Osborne, The Forks and more.
I have lived here for 20 years and sad to say goodbye as it has been amazing for me, but it is time for a change. I hope to find someone who will love the location as much as I have.
