Garage parking with automatic door opener fob is available for extra.

The price is all inclusive except for the laundry, which is located in the house basement and coin operated ($2 per load).

WIFI and wired (RJ45 port outlet in room) internet included, we use ultra-high speed BELL Fibe 1.5 Gigabits unlimited internet service.

5. No party
6. No sublease
7. Keep quiet all time, no speaker, no music instrument. Lower voice when talking.
8. Keep clean in room; clean common area after use
9. Garbage recycling
10. Other house rules, e.g. house safety rules, no open flame etc.
