In a clean and quiet detached house, 2nd floor room, spacious, bright room with private ensuite bathroom with bathtub. Fully furnished with large full bed, built-in closet etc.

Garage parking with automatic door opener fob is available for extra.

The price is all inclusive except for the laundry, which is located in the house basement and coin operated ($2 per load).

WIFI and wired (RJ45 port outlet in room) internet included, we use ultra-high speed BELL Fibe Gigabits unlimited internet service.

Our house provides a quiet safe home for young persons to rest and focus on their individual endeavours. We're looking for a clean, quiet, polite, and gentle single university student who will follow the following house rules:

3. No pet
4. No visitors (day, night or overnight)
5. No party
6. No sublease
7. Keep quiet all time, no speaker, no music instrument. Lower voice when talking.
8. Keep clean in room; clean common area after use
9. Garbage recycling
10. Other house rules, e.g. house safety rules, no open flame etc.
