House is located in the Portland Hills/Cole Harbour area of Dartmouth, situated in a quiet, family oriented neighbourhood right on Morris Lake. House is shared with two mature ladies (meaning we are not in our 20s or even 30s haha) plus one dog and one cat, so ideal housemates would also be a mature, responsible person who values her peace and the quiet enjoyment of her home!

Rent is $405 bi-weekly and includes all utilities. Kitchen, living, dining and laundry are shared - the beautiful bathroom is shared with ONE other person only and featured an oversized soaker tub, heated floors, skylight and rainhead shower.
