There are two rooms renting:
Bigger one: $1000/m private bath in bedroom. Or 900/m shared Jack and Jill bathroom with another female tenant.
Smaller one: $900 private bath not in bedroom. Or 800/m shared Jack and Jill bathroom with another female tenant.

- First and last month rent required prior to move-in

- Garage parking available for extra $50/m
- Rotational cleaning required
Term: month by month, minimum 6 months, prefer long-term
